Sinoma Jinjing Fiberglass Co., Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as “the company”）, founded on January 18th, 2004 with registered capital RMB 200 million, is a joint venture (JV)enterprise jointly invested by China National Materials Group Corporation and Shandong Jinjing Technology Co., Ltd with contributive capital of 51% and 49% equity respectively. The Board Chairman is Mr. Baoguo Wang. The business scope covers fiberglass, composite materials, other nonmetallic material products and the relative equipment researching, manufacturing and marketing. The company occupies 460,000 m2 in the National High & New Technology Development area in Zibo City. It consists of two plants (east and west) with more than 1,200 workers and RMB500 million annual revenue. It is one of the high & new technology enterprises certified by department of science and technology of Shandong Province. The East Plant named PPG Sinoma Jinjing Fiberglass Co., Ltd., established in 2006, is a JV enterprise jointly invested by the company and PPG Industries with 50% capital contribution from each side. USD79.5 million has been invested initially and top fiberglass technology is introduced from PPG. The company has 2 furnaces and the production capacity reaches 60,000MT per year. The West Plant has 2 production lines of wet process fiberglass tissue with 130 million m2 production capacity per year. The fiberglass tissue is divided into several types and mainly used for roofing waterproofing, pipe corrosion resistant, fiberglass products, fiberglass battery separator and etc. The plant also has 16 high-pressure fiberglass pipe lines with the annual production capacity of 16,000T. The high pressure fiberglass pipes (DN40-600mm) are mainly used for water injection and oil transportation in the oil field, natural gas transportation, city water supply and drainage, drinking water pipeline, chemical industry and saltwater pipeline, fire line and etc. At present, both the equipment technological level and production capacity of the company can reach the advanced level in domestic market.
